Ideally, you bring a purpose-driven approach to your work as a Maintenance Professional to serve as an essential connector for our delivery operations. In this role, you aren’t just maintaining and optimizing equipment; you are an essential partner ensuring the safe and efficient transport of critical products. Precision Technical Excellence: Expertly maintain, repair, and overhaul diesel tractors and specialized systems to ensure all equipment meets DOT standards and safety protocols. Strategic Problem Solving: Implement creative solutions to ensure smooth equipment flow and translate maintenance reports into impactful service strategies. Collaborative Prevention & Safety: Partner with the team to communicate technical needs clearly while cultivating a "Safety First" environment focused on proactive maintenance.

Requirements

• We are looking for 2+ year of tractor-trailer maintenance/mechanical experience
• Experience with a variety of basic hand, power tools and equipment.
• Ideally, you bring your own basic hand tools.
• Knowledgeable in gasoline engine mechanics and preventative maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License (non CDL).

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience.
• Familiarity or interest in cryogenics.
• Familiarity or interest in hydraulics.
• Class A CDL with HazMat; DOT brake certification is a plus (Not Required).
