About The Position
Performs basic mechanical functions for designated District. Essential duties include the following: Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. Troubleshoots mechanical entities to determine problems and offer improvements when necessary. Maintains work orders and records with sufficient background to ensure requirements for quality have been met. Provides mechanical assistance to other mechanics as required. Practices good housekeeping in keeping shop floor clean. Performs parts cleaning related tasks, may assist in parts inventory or parts management related tasks. Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary. This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan. Equal Opportunity Employment
