Requirements

• 6–12 months of diesel, automotive, agricultural, heavy equipment, or mechanical experience preferred (trainees encouraged to apply)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliability
• Ability to lift 35+ pounds regularly
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
• Comfortable working around heavy trucks, trailers, and mechanical systems
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications
• Experience using diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting tools
• Experience with fleet maintenance programs
• Experience working on MC331 pressurized tanker equipment
• Class A CDL or the desire to obtain one
