About The Position

Stribling Equipment, LLC is seeking a skilled heavy equipment focused Shop Service Technician to join their team. The role involves reconditioning and repairing heavy equipment and components, performing diagnostic inspections, identifying needed repairs, and accurately recording time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases. Technicians are also responsible for maintaining tools, vehicles, and shop equipment in top condition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of diesel technology education or hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment
• High School Diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered in place of formal education)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications
• Must provide own tools

• John Deere experience is a strong plus
