This facility is specifically designed to support diesel repair, commercial fleet customers, advanced diagnostics, and technician productivity. The company is growing its diesel operation and is looking for technicians with experience in Power Stroke, Cummins, or Duramax platforms who desire consistent work, strong leadership, modern equipment, and the opportunity to earn six figures. The role offers a competitive flat-rate compensation with an annual earning potential of $100,000+, based on experience and production, with consistent diesel repair work and advanced diagnostic opportunities.

Requirements

Experience as a diesel technician.
Strong diagnostic abilities.
Experience with Ford Power Stroke diesel engines.
Experience with Cummins diesel engines.
Experience with GM Duramax diesel engines.
Experience with fuel systems.

Experience with electrical diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Perform diesel repair, advanced diagnostics, and maintenance on Ford Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax engines.
Diagnose and repair fuel systems, emissions systems, electrical systems, turbochargers, engine performance, and drivability concerns.
Conduct medium-duty truck repair.
Ensure quality workmanship and fix vehicles correctly the first time.
Work independently and within a team to diagnose problems efficiently.
Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment.
