About The Position
Brown Equipment Company is hiring experienced diesel mechanics! Our mechancis deserve the best! PAY AND BENEFITS: Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience) Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure) $150 annual boot alloance $7,500 referal bonus for other diesel mechanics 401(k) with company match Medical, dental and vision insurance WORK-LIFE BALANCE: 1st shift No weekends 40-hour workweek Uniforms provided PTO and 7 paid holidays
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
- Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
- Must have your own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Technical degree or certification in diesel repair
