If you love turning wrenches, troubleshooting complex hydraulic and electrical systems, and taking pride in keeping high-powered machinery safe on the road, we want you in our Brunswick shop!

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in diesel engine repair, heavy truck maintenance, or mobile heavy equipment repair (vocational training/certifications are a major bonus!).
• Strong working knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatic air brakes, and 12V electrical systems.
• Your own basic set of mechanic hand tools (specialty tools and heavy equipment provided in-shop).
• Sharp diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a pride-in-ownership attitude toward fleet safety.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Nice To Haves

• A valid CDL (or willingness to obtain one) is a big plus for test-driving vehicles!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance, oil changes, brake inspections, and tune-ups on a fleet of modern commercial diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, electrical systems, suspensions, and transmission components.
• Conduct safety inspections to identify potential mechanical issues before they turn into road delays or safety hazards.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas, accurately document work orders and parts inventory, and follow lock-out/tag-out and safety protocols.
• Work alongside a skilled team to solve tough mechanical puzzles and keep shop efficiency sky-high.
