About The Position
MasterTech is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics to join their team in Sugar Grove, IL. This role involves the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized utility vehicles, primarily in a shop environment, with occasional field service work. Factory and OEM training will be provided upon hire. The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy trucks, heavy equipment, and/or utility vehicles such as sweepers, refuse/garbage trucks, and snow plows.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
- Degree in Diesel Technology/Diesel Technician or equivalent.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Welding/fabrication experience.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
Nice To Haves
- CDL B preferred, not required.
