About The Position

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Diesel Mechanic who will, under supervision, repair and maintain our fleet of vehicles. This role is open to Diesel Mechanics of all experience levels and offers a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Requirements

• Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification
• Valid driver license

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance services
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles
• Performs service calls
• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports
• Assists Lead Mechanics as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards
• Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
