This is a senior-level hourly position with a transparent bonus structure that rewards skill, efficiency, and quality work. Pay and Bonuses $32 - $38/hr base pay depending on experience and certifications Utilization bonuses stack on top of base every pay period: 85-94% utilization: +$1.50/hr 95-104% utilization: +$3.00/hr 105%+ utilization: +$5.00/hr $0.50/hr permanent raise for each ASE certification earned $1.00/hr bonus when actively mentoring an apprentice $200 bonus for zero-callback months $1,500 referral bonus for techs you bring in who stay 90 days All utilization tracked transparently through Fullbay.
