About The Position

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics Wanted! Locations: Kinston, Greenville, Williamston, and Wilson, NC Position Type: Full-Time Are you the kind of person who hears a rough engine and immediately knows how to make it purr? Do you have a passion for big rigs, heavy equipment, and solving complex mechanical puzzles? If you’re ready to bring your tools, your talent, and your drive to a team that actually appreciates your expertise, we want to talk to you! We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet of heavy-duty diesel trucks, CNG, gas, and electrically operated equipment running smoothly and safely across Eastern North Carolina.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic.
• Computer literacy is a must—you should be eager to learn our software systems and stay updated on the latest industry tech.
• You can frequently lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds and handle the active, loud environment of a bustling repair shop.
• You possess, provide, and maintain the essential tools needed to perform heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance.
• A strong commitment to safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock.
• Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic software alongside classic power and hand tools to solve operational riddles.
• Plan and schedule repairs using our M5 planner, procure parts, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in training and orienting new team members, sharing your knowledge to help the crew grow.
