About The Position
This position is responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance on diesel engine trucks and trailers while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diesel Mechanic experience
- Proficiency in reading and writing
- Must provide Social Security Number on application
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Must complete the task after submitting application to provide additional information

Responsibilities
- Maintenance and preventative maintenance on diesel engine trucks and trailers
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
- Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Climbing up and down stairs and ladders
- Lifting up to 70 pounds
- Completing on-the-job paperwork
- Effectively communicating across all management levels
