About The Position

Excellent opportunity available at Vermeer All Roads is in Findlay, OH. We are searching for an Experienced Diesel Equipment Mechanic. If you’re detail-oriented, hands-on, and ready for a new challenge, put your mechanical skills to work repairing Vermeer machinery and components. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and hydrostatic systems
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for field service calls as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Vermeer All Roads does not provide H-1B sponsorship)

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulic, electrical, and hydrostatic systems
• Perform welding/fabrication as needed
• Recommend and document repairs; prepare accurate cost estimates
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records
• Communicate with the factory/OEM for technical support
• Perform additional duties as assigned
