Requirements

5+ years of heavy equipment repair experience (diesel, hydraulics, electrical, transmissions) or completion of a trade school program
Military or field mechanic experience also considered
Must have own tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks daily

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair heavy Company & Customer construction equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, drill rigs, and crushing plants
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Rebuild and install engines, transmissions, pumps, and other components
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure high-quality repairs
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with the Service team
