About The Position

Ricart Buick GMC Chevrolet near Dublin is rapidly expanding its fleet footprint with a newer, dedicated Fleet & Commercial Truck facility. They have high commercial volume, modern bay space, and strong leadership. This role is for experienced Fleet or Diesel Technicians who want to work in a clean, modern environment without shop constraints limiting their hours or income. The position offers ground-floor growth potential, consistent high-volume hours due to strong commercial contracts, and support from an organized parts team and shop leadership. The company provides paid factory training and ASE reimbursement.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing medium-duty diesel engines, commercial fleets, and light/medium trucks (Diesel experience is a major plus!)
• Proficiency with OEM/aftermarket diagnostic tools, electrical troubleshooting, driveability, diesel emissions, and hydraulic/brake systems
• Must own a comprehensive set of personal hand and power tools appropriate for commercial vehicle repair
• A valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Commitment to complying with shop safety standards

Nice To Haves

• Current ASE Certifications (Medium/Heavy Truck T-Series)
• OEM factory training
