About The Position

The Die Setter – Operator III works at Electrolux’s Springfield, Tennessee location on a weekend shift scheduled from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The role applies die-setting or press-operator experience to assigned work, follows standard operating procedures or scientific methods, and supports safe and accurate production operations. The employee must communicate and document information accurately and on time, understand written instructions, and be able to communicate those instructions to others. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of die-setting or press-operator experience.
• Active driver’s license.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively.
• Able to read and write English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass Lock out/Tag out requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pass Lock out/Tag out requirements.
• Apply experience and skills to complete assigned work within the employee’s area of expertise.
• Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods.
• Receive verbal and written information.
• Complete necessary documentation and communicate accurately and in a timely manner.
• Understand written instructions and communicate those instructions to others.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make decisions.
