About The Position

The Die Mounter on the 3rd shift plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately mounting dies onto machines. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (overnight hours) consistently.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for accurately mounting delicate semiconductor dies, ensuring product quality and minimizing defects.
• Mechanical aptitude helps the Die Mounter operate and maintain specialized equipment effectively, reducing downtime and maintaining production flow.
• Communication skills are used daily to report issues and collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate die mounting machinery and tools to accurately place dies.
• Inspect dies and substrates for defects or irregularities prior to mounting to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent production delays.
• Document production data and report any issues or deviations to supervisors promptly for corrective action.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve mounting problems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment during the 3rd shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow and compliance with manufacturing standards.
