About The Position

This role involves operating a die-cutting machine to produce finished products according to job order specifications. The operator is responsible for setting up and adjusting the machine, monitoring its operation, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Requirements

• Ability to review work orders, die vinyl, and specifications.
• Skill in adjusting machine controls.
• Proficiency in selecting and installing machine tooling components.
• Ability to observe machine operation and detect malfunctions.
• Capability to measure materials for conformity.
• Willingness to clean and lubricate machinery.
• Ability to perform other assigned duties.

Responsibilities

• Review work order, die vinyl, and specifications to determine components, settings, and adjustments for the cutting machine.
• Examine finished products to ensure they meet job order requirements.
• Adjust machine controls for proper positioning and alignment.
• Select and install machine tooling components, such as cutting dies and templates.
• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Measure cut-scored materials for conformity using the die vinyl.
• Clean and lubricate the machine to maintain equipment in working order.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
