As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play an essential role in Intel's Assembly and Test Manufacturing, directly contributing to the production of innovative semiconductor products. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant technical experience OR Associate of Science degree in a STEM-related field (no prior experience required).
Proficiency in using basic hand tools and equipment for equipment maintenance and repair.
Familiarity with cleanroom environments and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Technical aptitude demonstrated through work experience, certifications, or formal education in troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ability to work Shift 6 schedule: (nights backend) 7 PM - 7 AM Wed-Fri and alternating Saturday night

Nice To Haves

6+ months of experience working with Die Prep/Wafer Assembly toolsets and related software.
Knowledge of electromechanical systems, including robotic drives, actuators, and microcontrollers.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Experience with end-user computer applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks associated with wafer production, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Conduct preventative maintenance, repair, and calibration of manufacturing tools to ensure consistent production performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues with manufacturing equipment.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to ensure process optimization and efficiency.
Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, maintaining compliance with established standards.
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to guide repairs and upgrades.
Collaborate with engineers to support the installation, qualification, and enhancement of manufacturing systems and processes.
Log and maintain accurate production and equipment data, adhering to company protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide detailed pass-downs to the next shift to ensure smooth continuity of operations.
Operate effectively in a cleanroom environment, adhering strictly to safety and cleanliness protocols.
