About The Position

VRAI is seeking a Part-Time Diamond Sales Expert to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building customer relationships and creating memorable experiences for significant life events. The position involves selling sustainably created diamonds and contributing to the growth of the VRAI brand within a dynamic team environment. This role is fully on-site and requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Requirements

Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume e-commerce or retail setting.
Mandatory history of selling diamonds.
Strong background in jewelry.
Must be independent, motivated, and well-organized.
Exceptional writing and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be compassionate, positive, and patient.
Must be highly technologically savvy.
Must be available to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling 24 hours weekly.

Nice To Haves

Certified Gemologists from a reputable institution are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing personalized consultations on sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry, and following up to finalize sales.
Act as a brand ambassador for VRAI and its values, assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and understanding company policies (returns, upgrades, resizes, etc.).
Contribute to company growth through sales by managing a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, maintaining a lead pipeline, and nurturing leads.
Collaborate with other showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects.
Work with the broader sales team on clienteling, sharing customer trends and product feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Partner with VRAI marketing and product teams on product launches, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
