Dialysis Technician - 5:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
About The Position
You’ll be an important part of the dialysis care team, helping prepare equipment, support patients, and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment. In this role, you’ll assist with dialysis treatments, take vital signs, monitor patients throughout their care, and help maintain dialysis machines and supplies following established protocols. You’ll work closely with the care team to communicate any changes in patient condition, document care accurately, and support a positive experience for every patient. If you enjoy meaningful work, teamwork, and making a difference in patients’ lives, this role is for you.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it shortly after hire)
- Complete Munson’s dialysis training program
- Maintain required competencies and continuing education
- Comfortable in an active role that includes lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable moving equipment
- Comfortable responding to machine alerts to support safe patient care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience providing patient care in a healthcare setting
