About The Position
Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees to join their team. CDC offers a FREE comprehensive Dialysis Training Program where you will be paid to train. This is a rewarding healthcare career opportunity. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for those who are already an OCDT. The training program is sixteen weeks long and includes paid formal training, onsite clinical introduction, classroom and onsite clinical instruction, and onsite clinical training with a preceptor. Successful completion requires maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams and passing clinical competencies. An excellent attendance record is mandatory.

Nice To Haves
- Patient care or Phlebotomy experience
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
- Already an OCDT (eligible for $5,000 sign-on bonus)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments.
- Monitor patients during dialysis sessions.
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient information and treatment details.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
- Participate in the comprehensive Dialysis Training Program.
- Maintain a 78% cumulative average on exams during training.
- Pass clinical competencies during training.
- Maintain excellent attendance during training.
