About The Position

Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees to join their team. CDC offers a free, comprehensive Dialysis Training Program where trainees are paid to learn. This program includes sixteen weeks of paid formal training, with a mix of classroom and onsite clinical instruction, culminating in onsite clinical training with a preceptor. Successful completion requires maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams and passing clinical competencies, along with excellent attendance.

Requirements

• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility
• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science
• Excellent attendance record is mandatory

Nice To Haves

• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
