About The Position

Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees to join their team. CDC offers a free, comprehensive Dialysis Training Program where participants are paid to train. This program includes sixteen weeks of paid formal training, starting with an onsite clinical introduction, followed by classroom and onsite clinical instruction, and concluding with onsite clinical training with a preceptor. Successful completion requires maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams and passing clinical competencies, along with an excellent attendance record. CDC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Requirements

• Excellent work history
• Highly motivated
• Attention to details
• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility
• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science

Nice To Haves

• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree
• Already an OCDT (for sign-on bonus)
