Dialysis Technician - Euclid
About The Position
Centers for Dialysis Care (CDC) is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees to join their team. CDC offers a free, comprehensive Dialysis Training Program where trainees are paid to learn. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for those who are already an OCDT. The training program is sixteen weeks long and includes paid formal training with a mix of classroom and onsite clinical instruction, culminating in onsite clinical training with a preceptor. Successful completion requires maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams and passing clinical competencies, along with an excellent attendance record.
Requirements
- Excellent work history
- Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility
- Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science
- Highly motivated
- Attention to details
- Excellent attendance record is mandatory
Nice To Haves
- Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Participate in a sixteen-week paid formal training program.
