About The Position

DaVita is seeking an Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team at our Amherst Dialysis in Lorain, Ohio. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. With a commitment to the patients, great work ethic, and high-quality care. We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, willing to travel/float within the region, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as a RN
  • RN license in the state of practice
  • ADN required
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable transportation for potential floating

Nice To Haves

  • Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.
  • BSN preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
  • Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
  • Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required
