About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at US Renal Care, you'll be an integral part of a cross-functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to care for patients living with kidney disease. The role involves providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment, completing and documenting physical assessments, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring quality renal care through monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administering medications. The RN will also be a critical member of an interdisciplinary team for patient assessment and care planning, ensuring center staffing requirements are met, and adhering to company policies, state, and federal laws and regulations. Participation in staff meetings and continuing education is also required.

Requirements

Current nursing license in the applicable state.
Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of current nursing experience.
Previous dialysis nursing experience.

Responsibilities
