Dialysis Registered Nurse
About The Position
DaVita is seeking an Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. With a commitment to the patients, great work ethic, and high-quality care. We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, willing to travel/float within the region, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker. Requirements
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a RN
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
Nice To Haves
- Dialysis experience preferred, but not required.
- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
- Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
- Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required
