About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care in an in-center hemodialysis unit. The RN works as part of a patient care team and helps ensure safe care and high-quality outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease. The position offers paid training, competitive pay, and a supportive clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers.

This is a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with Sundays off and no overnight shifts. Pay ranges from $42.00 to $48.50 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience. Dialysis experience is not required; DCI provides three months of comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and one-on-one skills training. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machines, alarms, and treatment supplies, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assess changes, and communicate them to physicians and families.
• Administer and document prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC and CMS infection-control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
• Document required patient education efforts.
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist with medication inventory maintenance.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
• Perform additional tasks as requested.
