About The Position
Provide high-quality patient care to people with end-stage renal disease (ESRD), the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease. Nurses are on the front line of care, improving patients’ quality of life and building relationships with patients and their families. The position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus to qualified nurses. Salary is $42–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited nursing school; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for the nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Meet all applicable state and licensing requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
