About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking motivated, compassionate individuals to join their team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves providing specialized nursing care in one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units, contributing to a patient care team focused on individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities

  • Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
  • Administer and chart all prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
  • Document required patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist in medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
  • Perform additional tasks as requested
