About The Position
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking motivated, compassionate individuals to join their team as a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves providing specialized nursing care in one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units, contributing to a patient care team focused on individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
- Document required patient education efforts
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance
- Lead a small patient care team
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
- Perform additional tasks as requested
