About The Position

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join their nonprofit organization focused on providing individualized care to patients with chronic kidney disease. The RN will provide specialized nursing care in an in-center hemodialysis unit as part of a patient care team, ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes. The role requires the nurse to assume Charge Nurse duties and receive training for acute unit coverage. Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested
