About The Position
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care in one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units. As part of a patient care team, RNs are crucial in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for patients facing chronic kidney disease. DCI prioritizes individualized care and offers a supportive environment with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers. This role includes paid training, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and Sundays off. The Dialysis Registered Nurse will be required to assume Charge Nurse duties and will receive training to fill in at an acute unit.
Requirements
- Accredited nursing degree required.

Responsibilities
- Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with the physician and families.
- Administer and chart all prescribed medications.
- Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
- Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews.
- Document required patient education efforts.
- Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
- Assist in medication inventory maintenance.
- Lead a small patient care team.
- Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
