About The Position

This role is for a Dialysis Patient Care Coordinator within the Clinical Support team at Munson Healthcare. Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
• ADN & BSN within 5 Years of Hire
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience
• Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
• MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dialysis preferred
• Proven leadership experience (will provide dialysis training for RNs with this)
