About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Manager to lead and oversee dialysis services within a skilled nursing facility in Oak Grove, LA. This is a leadership role for someone who has already managed a dialysis program — either in a SNF setting or a standalone dialysis center (e.g., DaVita, Fresenius). This is not a step-up opportunity. The right candidate can step in and run operations, lead staff, and maintain compliance from day one.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a dialysis program (REQUIRED)
• Experience in a dialysis center (e.g., DaVita, Fresenius) OR SNF-based dialysis program (REQUIRED)
• Active clinical license (RN preferred; state requirements apply)
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and workflows
• Not considering candidates without prior dialysis management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the onsite dialysis program
• Manage and lead dialysis staff (RNs, techs, support staff)
• Ensure compliance with all federal and Louisiana state regulations
• Maintain infection control, safety standards, and quality outcomes
• Coordinate care with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• Manage scheduling, workflows, and patient treatments
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
