About The Position
DaVita is looking for an Experienced Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Nocturnal coverage to serve our patients at our Middleburg Heights Dialysis Center in Middleburg Heights, OH. Experience in Dialysis Required for Nocturnal LPN! Our LPNs also find DaVita professionally fulfilling. We can provide training if you are not experienced through DaVita specifically.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state you are applying
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- Experience in dialysis required
- Reliable (attendance and punctuality are crucial)
- Desire to help people

- Comfortable with the nocturnal shift
- Love making a difference
- BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) experience can be included
Responsibilities
- Care of approximately 10 patients total
- Provide care during nocturnal shifts
- Climb clinical ladder for higher levels of responsibility and compensation
- Train future DaVita teammates in clinical procedures and policies (Preceptor University)
- Pursue a path to becoming a registered nurse through fully funded tuition and career coaching (Bridge to Your Dreams)
