Requirements

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
• ADN & BSN within 5 Years of Hire
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care within dialysis centers.
• Provide dialysis nursing care.
• Educate patients on dialysis treatments and care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RNs, providers, clinicians, and support staff.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care recognized by CMS.
