Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Successful completion of the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program within 18 months of employment.
Certification as a dialysis technician within 18 months of employment, in accordance with federal regulations.

Nice To Haves

Nursing Assistant (NA), Medical Assistant (MA), or other healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Keep a watchful eye on patients during hemodialysis treatments and share any updates with the nursing team.
Deliver compassionate patient care that keeps comfort and safety front and center throughout the dialysis process.
Team up with our interdisciplinary crew to deliver well-rounded patient care.
Keep our records sharp and documentation on point to maintain accurate patient information.
Help prep and maintain dialysis equipment and supplies so everything runs smoothly.
