About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse (aka Clinical Coordinator) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety. The CC will be expected to work 3 X 12 hour shifts per week, either 5:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 9:00 on MWF (alternating schedule). The clinic currently has 21 chairs, soon to decrease to 19 chairs (2 stations going to HHD). Fresenius machines are used at this location. Staffing is 2 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift. Requirements

  • Current RN license and CPR certification
  • 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
  • Charge RN readiness approval required
  • ADN required
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • BSN preferred
  • ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
  • CNN/CDN certification a plus
