About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse (aka Clinical Coordinator) to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety. The CC will be expected to work 3 X 12 hour shifts per week, either 5:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 9:00 on MWF (alternating schedule). The clinic currently has 21 chairs, soon to decrease to 19 chairs (2 stations going to HHD). Fresenius machines are used at this location. Staffing is 2 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift.
