About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Dialysis RN to be our Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you’ll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday from 5:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a rotating schedule that includes every other Saturday. The clinic has 24 chairs and utilizes Fresenius 2008T machines, typically scheduling 2 RNs and 4-5 technicians per shift. At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second. Requirements

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
