Dialysis Center Manager, Home Therapy
About The Position
The Center Manager (CM) plays a critical role in the overall functioning of a clinic, maintaining operational excellence and leading a high-performing team. The CM is responsible for coordinating the care and quality of treatments for patients, ensuring they have not only life but also a quality of living. This involves facilitating patient care in collaboration with Satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives. The CM is expected to consistently demonstrate a high standard of care and compassion in all patient interactions, and to play an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members.
Requirements
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or in accordance with the applicable state's Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL).
Nice To Haves
- Management or Supervisor experience.
- BSN preferred.
