Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shift roles as needed
Responsibilities
- Operate hard capsule machines (HCM) to produce capsules for Lonza Greenwood
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with safety guidelines
- Troubleshoot basic issues on HCM equipment
- Collect samples at set frequencies and document results accurately
- Maintain housekeeping standards and remove scrap from production areas
- Support team operations and shift flexibility as needed
- Follow all plant policies and Lonza Manufacturing Orders
