About The Position

At McElroy, we're looking for a Diagnostics & Repair Training Specialist to help shape the future of technical training and advanced diagnostics across our product line. If you're energized by problem-solving, continuous learning, and becoming a recognized technical expert, we'd love to meet you.

  • Help create and improve engaging training content, troubleshooting exercises, and instructional materials.
  • Capture valuable field insights and learner feedback to continuously improve training programs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of diagnostic standards, fault-code systems, and technical documentation.

  • Participate in new product reviews and help shape future diagnostic strategies.
  • Support customers and technicians through phone, email, CRM, and field-based technical assistance.

  • Document findings, solutions, and recommendations that help improve future support efforts.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, Product Development, and Training teams to resolve challenging issues.
  • Escalate unique or safety-related concerns while helping identify long-term solutions.
