About The Position
Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Diagnostician! A Diagnostician will work on assignment to provide written orders for the Home & Community Services Intensive Behavioral Health Services program of the CCIU. The Diagnostician will provide behavioral health diagnoses and service orders.
Requirements
- Experience working with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum Disorder
- PA License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance (current within 12 months)
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance (current within 12 months)
- FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738 (current within 12 months)
- TB screening (current within 3 months)
- Official transcripts from graduate program
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid PA licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health diagnoses and service orders for the Home & Community Services Intensive Behavioral Health Services program of the CCIU.
