About The Position
The Diagnostician position is in Special Education for the 2026–2027 school year. The position has 197 contract days and a salary range of $64,776 to $78,516 (minimum to midpoint). Applicants must hold a master's degree in educational assessment, a valid Texas Teaching Certificate, and a valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certificate, and have three years of teaching experience. Candidates must have knowledge of diagnostic procedures, the education of special education students, human development, and learning theories, as well as strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Applicants must submit a college or university transcript showing the applicable degree, a copy of certification or licensure, a copy of a current driver's license, and a current resume. Documents may be attached electronically or delivered to the Clint ISD Central Administration Building.
