Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a Color Hue Test (score of 100 or below required)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic systems
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately
- Experience working in a manufacturing, quality, production, or technical environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production setting
Responsibilities
- Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation and product quality
- Perform in-process quality inspections and make product disposition decisions following established procedures
- Measure, verify, and record product weights and dimensions using precision measurement tools
- Conduct routine sampling and safety checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor automated systems and respond promptly to equipment alarms, alerts, and process deviations
- Perform basic troubleshooting to support efficient production flow and minimize downtime
- Enter inventory, quality, and production data accurately using electronic systems and handheld devices
- Support material replenishment and machine operation activities as required
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas and equipment
- Dispose of production waste in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals and operational excellence
- Provide cross-functional support to operators and production leads as needed
