Diagnostic Radiology Technologist

IU Health•Roanoke, IN

About The Position

This is a hospital-based imaging position that will primarily focus on portable imaging exams and Emergency Department imaging studies. Compared to first-shift positions, this role will have less involvement in procedural work, surgery cases, and fluoroscopy. This is a new facility, and schedules may evolve as operational needs become clearer following the hospital's opening. The schedule listed reflects the anticipated hours at launch. Planned start dates for these positions are March 2027. Team members will complete orientation and training prior to the facility opening on May 1, 2027. Training may include rotations through Ball Memorial Hospital, existing Fort Wayne outpatient locations, and the new Fort Wayne hospital department prior to opening. These rotations are designed to provide exposure to a wide variety of procedures and patient populations that may not currently be available in local Fort Wayne outpatient settings. Most positions will participate in a rotating holiday schedule.
