Diagnostic Radiologist- Breast
About The Position
University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Breast Radiologist to join their expanding team in Easton, Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-focused environment while leveraging state-of-the-art breast imaging resources, collaborative multidisciplinary teams, and a strong referral network. The position involves a Monday-Friday schedule with a stable and predictable workweek, covering the full spectrum of Breast Imaging, including all diagnostic modalities, primarily for an adult patient population. Call coverage is minimal, limited to telephonic questions/consults only, with an outside vendor covering off-hours studies. The role requires well-rounded diagnostic skills to support the broader imaging team.
Requirements
- Current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland
- Current Board Certification or Board eligible within Diagnostic radiology
- Mammography films
- Current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification
- Appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS-affiliated acute care facility (if applicable)
- Meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification
- Appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position
