About The Position

Performs imaging procedures and provides patient services using imaging modalities. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.

The role requires satisfactory completion of formal imaging training at an AMA-approved school and meeting the requirements for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or New York State Department of Health licensure. CPR or BLS certification is required. The technologist participates in orientation and continuing education, maintains knowledge and skills in areas of expertise, and completes annual population-specific competency requirements for populations served.

Requirements

• Satisfactory completion of formal imaging training in an AMA-approved school.
• Meet requirements for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or New York State Department of Health licensure.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability.
