About The Position
The Diagnostic Radiographer will provide patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by the radiologists in the Imaging Services Department at Mitchell County Regional Health Center. This is a 1.0 FTE position, working 80 hours per pay period.
Requirements
- Credentialed in Radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry-eligible.
- Current Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) Permit to Practice in Radiology.
- Must be flexible for the staffing of all shifts, weekends, holidays, and call duties.
- Proof of Basic Life Support-American Heart Association (BLS Healthcare Provider) prior to employment and maintain current certification.
- Complete Mandatory Reporting requirement within 90 days of hire.
- Renew Mandatory Reporting requirements every 5 years.
- Required experience in General X-Ray, CT, Mammo.
- Must be willing to rotate call hours.
